Igniva Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Exotic Treats) does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Igniva Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Exotic Treats).

In the case of a refund, the refund is processed within 10 working days, In order to claim the refund proper document evidence and track history are necessary.

In case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances, if delivery gets delayed or canceled only the value of the product be refunded, no shipping charges will be refunded.

Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES:

  1. Shipping Charges would be Nil (Free Shipping* – Only if the offer is active) for orders above Rs.495/=. (For All district level locations in India)
  2. Shipping Charges of Rs 60/= (Rs. Sixty Only) will be applicable for any orders below Rs 495/=
  3. All orders placed post 4:00 p.m. shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per standard timelines.
  4. Any order placed/booked on a late weekend i.e., on Saturday post 4:00 p.m. will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on the next working day evening. There is no courier service on any government holiday, thus we have restricted dispatch timelines for our products.
  5. Orders booked during any festival months might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, and overloaded shipments for delivery.
  6. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  7. Minimum Delivery period – 4 days, Maximum Delivery period – 8 days

GRIEVANCE CELL:

  • All product and shipping-related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.
  • Pictures of concern are a must.
  • All emails should be marked to info@exotictreats.in

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • In the case where the billing address and shipping address are different, all necessary information such as an address, nearby location, contact person name, and contact number should be provided for the smooth delivery process.
  • Custom on duty or inspection charges: In any custom duty or inspection charges incurred on the shipment by the customs office or border security officer of the destination country, those charges need to be paid by the customer, Igniva Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Exotic Treats) is not liable to pay any charges.
  • If the products are damaged or lost in this inspection process, no refund or replacement will be given by Igniva Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Exotic Treats).

Cancellation by Site / Customer:

  • You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time. i.e., before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order on the website.
  • If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
  • We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and will deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
